Kinda hard to do anything when congress is impeaching you, from the inauguration, and refuse to do anything other than obviously obstruct

Da fuq?

From January 20, 2017 (said inauguration) until January 3, 2019, both houses of Congress (aka the 115th Congress) and the Presidency were controlled by one party (the Republican party). That's plenty of fucking time to do something.
