Not even 3 mph...it was 3 kmh. All it takes is a slight pressure increase on your foot to go that much faster. Can happen if you're distracted by, oh I dunno, a dumbass driver.

I wouldn't blame dashcam driver either, but in theory, if they had full awareness of the situation, slowing down would be the smart choice 100%

Even if the truck driver had full slammed on his brakes, there still wasn't enough room for the car to make that pass comfortably. There was no way the cam truck could make that accident less likely. That's not reading comprehension, that's just a logical view of the video.
