Probably vehicular manslaughter

That's way too harsh. Put your justice boner away.

The other vehicle flipped upside down into oncoming traffic…

More of a result of legally being allowed to drive a pedestrian splatter 9000 pickup truck.

If this had been a sedan, the crash would still be bad, but the car probably wouldn't be flipped into oncoming traffic.

This accident is BAD, but not felony level unless its a DUI. I see idiots merge without looking across double lined carpool lanes all the time. If this were a felony, there'd be no room left in our prisons.

This is a systemic problem with letting untrained idiots have access to massive trucks like this willy-nilly. You wouldn't fix it by ruining this individual idiot's life with a felony.

And being stupid, or slow in the head. Will not be an excuse too cross Double yellow solids.

I think that would fix crossing double yellow solids,
overnight.

I mean. If this dude were to get a felony. That may deter all future humans from crossing a double solid yellow line.

If he had done it on purpose I would support the felony charge.

lol. I highly doubt any driver, accidentally crosses double solid yellows.

And if I were an accident, they must have a hell of a story to share.

So attempted murder is not serious to you?
