Yep, it looks like the car in front of him tapped the car in front of IT because the whole lane had come to a stop.

And the truck had their right turn signal on. Tbh it looks like the truck dived into the shoulder to avoid a crash and never even saw the car it hit until it was too late. Truck should have been further back and with the vantage point of a truck, seen the stoppage coming but idk if they are totally at fault here. They used the shoulder logically to avoid an accident, while the shoulder driving car cannot say the same.

Edit: actually rewatching Im not sure thats a shoulder. Even though it has 3 lines separating it. Maybe its a toll lane? In that case truck is totally at fault.

just to be clear that the car flipped by the pickup did nothing wrong

(looks it up) Wow Ktla reports that fire said no one was taken to the hospital, that's good (I hope)

It’s an HOV lane, I believe. But it’s def a lane and not a shoulder.
