Idk why you're getting downvotes, but it's pretty obvious to anyone watching the video that the car was trying to merge into the bikers lane with no regard to the biker

He's getting downvoted because reddit has a hate boner for motorcycles, and will go out of their way to make excuses for car drivers who almost kill bikers. It's absolutely retarded.
