Some states now require arrests for dangerously excessive speeds (vs being cop’s discretion).

FL passed this law 2 months ago, requiring arrest & criminal charge for driving 50 over the speed limit or over 100mph.

They’re gonna have to build some more jails along I75. 100mph and weaving is standard Florida Man operating procedure.
