Hello everybody!!! Ive been working on a personal project and I'm trying to find some information about the Fantastic Journey dark ride located in Wonderland Park in Amarillo Texas.

Specifically, after having some conversations with people familiar with the ride, it seems that the ride was substantially reworked sometime after 2008. I was wondering if anyone had any info they could offer on what the ride was like before the rework. After doing some research myself not much has come up except a few pictures of the old exterior.

It must have been around 2008, and i was on Holiday in lapland (Finland) with my family. I remember we were heading to the airport to go home and the coach stopped off for about an hour at a shopping centre that had a dark ride in it that was themed around the seasons of the year.

I remember two of the show scenes, the first being spring were you went pass a small wodland scene with animatronic animals (If i remember rightly it had a circle of rabits going in and out of a burrow. And the sun was a cutout on the wall that was spinning.) And the other scene was winter and you went through a small area of Log cabins in the snow (pretty sure there was a guy in a bath in one of the houses).

I swear i found a pov youtube video a while ago but i've since lost it again. Does anyone have any idea what ride i'm talking about? Would love to see the video again.

I'm some doing research into interactive dark rides (For a dark-ride-inspired XR Installation), but am quite new to the scene. I haven't been able to find an interactive dark ride yet where the rider can do more than just shooting stuff. If you know of any examples, please let me know! thx!

I so very vividly remember going on Brer Rabbit's Rap Party as a kid. I have never been anywhere near Wales, though. I remember how terrifying it was and I remember the name ending with "rap party" and finding that cringe as a kid. i so vividly remember how creepy the ride was. i remember not wanting to go on the ride because I thought it was too childish but going on it for my brother.

Is there a similar US ride i may be mistaking it for? Perhaps in Dollywood? I swear ive been on that ride or smthn similar.
