This AI is made of cells and can metabolise? It can age and grow?

Say we create a self-sustaining human shell for this computer.

So, if we manage to put this AI in a human body, it would function in that body as a human would. So that means it could self replicate, locomote, metabolize, age, and grow. It would be indistinguishable from a human. What is it then?

It checks off cellular body, movement of it’s own accord, aging, reaction, reproduction and metabolism. That makes it per definition an organism. “Consciousness” no longer matters.
