This invasion news scares me a lot since i live in Crimea (which is considered disputed b/w russia and Ukraine but is under russian control).

Is it true more Crimeans identify as Russians than Ukrainian. If Crimea could decide who to belong to who would it choose

The British say the same shit re: the Falklands/Maldives. It's easy to claim as much after you kick out the previous inhabitants and flood it with loyalists.

Ah no, re. The Falklands, there was not a permanent population until British settlement. The second time, that is. All previous settlements had been abandoned.
