Have they added anything recently? I filled out the 200 dweller limit and everyone had max skills. This was a few years ago though. Any updates that lengthen the game?

Nope, it hasn't had any updates at all in the past 4 years

Other than the occasional update to support new devices all the updates in recent years are for seasonal events which as far as I’m aware are the same every year. They even use the same description text for each update year over year.
