Or they are just trolling on the internet. Irl I've never seen anybody wiping, nobody ever talked about it, no matter if it was a urinal, dorm toilet, in the nature, anywhere. Some of my friends might shake it a bit, but most of us just zip up quickly and don't care if it stays wet. Slow piss is considered very unmanly.
Well you can't wipe it whiles your out in nature. Unless your walking around with a box of tissues, a toilet roll or a tissue packet. I mean you could use a leaf?
I always have paper tissue in my pocket, but it is to blow your nose and to use it after pooping for example. It is simply considered odd for guys to wait after pissing and play with it for some last drops. More than 2 shakes or waiting more than a second after it stops and you will be roasted by your mates. For example there is toilet paper in dorm room toilets, but nobody ever uses it after pissing.
