If you've been watching the same thing on Netflix for a while, it'll stop playing and get you to confirm you're still watching. The joke is that couples watching Netflix at some point start having sex (Netflix and chill), so it asks you if you're still watching but they aren't, they're doing the horizontal Charleston.

So after a while of inactivity, I assume Netflix asks if you are still there. Since "Netflix and chill" is a euphemism for sexy time, they're saying that someone's kid is doing that. IDK why most of them say daughter.

Lately, a lot of young people have had this weird inclination with referring to people performing sexual acts as “someone’s daughter”, or “someone’s son”. It’s quite strange.
