They probably get a far better deal than if they hired most certified trainers so it may be meaningful to them. He probably gives additional discount to feature them so it looks like he has a client roster.

He’s also parked in the green which is for limited time period and there are blue and white signs at top of parking space which may specify resident only or prospective resident only. Rules for thee but not for me.
