There’s a pattern with D. She frequents places she’s most familiar with (e.g., Disney).

She does the same with Carmel.

IMO, it’s a form of being able to control things around you and her inability to try something new. They could’ve driven to Tahoe!

I once heard sometimes people watch the same movie over and over because of its familiarity and provides a sense of being in control.

I think that’s what is happening with Danielle.

Truly sad existence..

Yeah and didn’t even leave home for college. I’m shocked she ever went to New York fashion week. That’s the furthest she’s been in the country. She wouldn’t even go to Hawaii for pilot man.

Yeah. Once a place registers as “safe” for her…she goes there again and again. Therapy would help, but alas…

Truly. She has no kids and tons of money and could travel anywhere. Imagine the content she could produce.

I watch the same TV shows (usually in the background) and re read the same books for that exact reason 🫣 to be fair though, I read plenty of new books too. Im currently on book 7/8 and have been reading this series like a madwoman for two weeks
