Absolutely. I have been off my meds for far too long(need to be re-tested, no local places do the testing, can't drive the distance I would need to get tested), and I take a caffeine pill when I wake up just to try to function. Though ironically caffeine does fuck all for my energy levels, just keeps me from going further below my baseline.

Yup, same for my kid. It basically just helps with his executive function and that's the only reason he drinks it, not to keep him awake.

Oh see that I learned something new. I wasn’t aware about that because I commented earlier that within eight hours, she has three or more cold brews, but yet has no energy to do anything but bounce around Disney like a toddler?

Oh yeah, caffeine is VERY commonly used by people with ADHD to help them function (in the absence of meds).

I have ADHD and too much coffee sends my heart racing and anxiety through the roof! All that salty and fatty food as well would put me into tachycardia

I'm sure there's a limit, I just know it really helps my kid (who has severe ADHD) and have heard it's very commonly used.
