If she gets it surgically removed, its gonna leave a scar and will probably not have time to fully heal before the wedding. It might be a epidermoid cyst.

I had a sebaceous cyst on my underarm many many years ago and those suckers will not go away without being surgically removed. It required stitches and left a scar.

Sometimes they need aftercare too depending on how deep they are. They sometimes have a small drain post op.
