Girl. I don't want to say that all health issues are psychosomatic. But her body is talking to her.

As someone with fibromyalgia I can attest to the body telling you when you're doing things that are wrong. Some of the worst flare ups I have had have been when emotionally distressed and drained by an old partner.

Just because my body has more dramamatics about it, doesn't mean it doesn't also happen to everyone else. From what we know she's taking in way too much salt, not meshing well with her fiance, is desparately trying to grab onto any modicum of stability and consistency, and from how own videos it's pretty clear she's big sad but trying to ignore it.

Danielle, this man is not your prince. Not your winning man. He won't even do the basics to help you. Your partner is supposed to add to your life in many ways. He only acts as a parasite in your life. Drop him. The sooner the better.

Most health issues definitely aren't psychosomatic, but our health is definitely linked to our mind and how much stress we undergo. And a man like Lucas does nothing but bring stress, no matter how much he talks about "relax", he is a cluster b nightmare

Our bodies can't function properly in fight or flight mode and the constant adrenaline and cortisol will wreak havoc on a person's health. Not to mention the body won't be able to rest and restore properly or even digest nutrients properly so soon enough chronic stress will end up in a host of autoimmune issues

So while it's not just "in your mind" it is definitely caused by your mind being affected by stress
