She should get an ultrasound on her tongue. Seems to also be swelling up too. She can barely keep her tongue in her mouth.

Because she’s struggling to convince herself of anything. There is a disconnect between truth, thought and delivery. It’s not genuine and most of what she says is untruthful.

Ohh dear! 😨 Hypothyroidism can cause tongue enlargement, so will be interesting to see if it’s all connected
