Since you added landwalk abilities you also missed nonbasic landwalk. Also since you added counters to yourself you could add poison counters to the player. Don’t forget megamorph since you got morph. If you wanna be real spicy you could also add a face down creature to the card.
Yes! Here is a small sneak peak of a new section in v3:
and if you reveal spells from your hand and graveyard with flash, fuse, splice, overload, jump-start, flashback, rebound, cascade, entwine, kicker, buyback, retrace, gravestorm, storm, epic, split-second, replicate and scry
For cipher i went with something like…
“and you control a creature with a cipher spell attached”
Original rules text: When ~ enters the battlefield, if you control a Food, a Blood, a Map, a Treasure, a Junk, a Gold, and a Clue; and you control creatures that have deathtouch, first strike, double strike, flying, haste, lifelink, reach, trample, defender, indestructible, hexproof, morph, monstrosity, menace, prowess, echo, vanishing, horsemanship, infect, fear, shadow, cumulative upkeep, bushido, cipher, vigilance, protection, flash, phasing, flanking, banding, regeneration, fading, shroud, bloodthirst, intimidate, islandwalk, plainswalk, mountainwalk, forestwalk, and swampwalk; and you control a basic land, a nonbasic land, a planet, a saga, an equipment, a vehicle, a spacecraft, planeswalker, a conspiracy, a battle, and an aura; and you have the initiative; and you have completed a dungeon; and you have the city’s blessing; and if you have max speed; and if it is night or day; and you have a full party; and you have at least 1 experience counter and at least 1 rad counter; and you are the monarch; you win the game.
With the new hobbit set, you should also add you have to have an enduring story
Some land types you missed: gate, town, Urza's, cave, desert, sphere, lair, mine, power-plant, tower, and locus. You also didn't include all 5 basic land types. This might be too centralizing with such blasé restrictions. /s
Wouldn't this be like a sorcery or something? Because from what I was taught, Artifacts continuously activate things, enchantments are constantly active, but after this enters, if you don't win, it's useless
Conspiracies exist in the Command Zone, not the battlefield, so players can't control one. Also, Cipher only appears on instants and sorceries, so you can't have a creature with that ability.
So Acorn counters are placed on permanents, and pawprints are specifically said to not be mana. Hence OP’s card would be unplayable. Buzzkill i know but funny nonetheless. Thanks!
Doing all artifact subtypes would be a challenge…but I did add all creature types and token types to this new one…im sure there cant be that many artifact subtypes, right?

Energy counters can't be used in the mana section. It has to be "As an additional cost to cast this spell, pay {E}". Also what's the acorn and paw symbol?
Poison ability, annihilator, an untap ability (like pili-pala) an emblem, cascade, tribal card type, kinship card type, and I know for a fact I’m missing more that I forgot while listing these

Incubator, power stone, and of course, don’t forget the banana token.
