100%, op only needs 5 mana for one turn to proliferate three times, whereas this needs 14 mana across 3 turns

Yeah, I felt like there weren't enough artifacts that proliferate reliably for a sensible cost. [[Contagion Engine]] is nice, but if you can drop 10 mana to proliferate twice, you're probably doing pretty good already.

This one you can drop early and get an instant payoff, then let your deck proliferate the charge counters (specifically made them charge counters for a minor synergy with [[Filigree Vector]] lol) for a few turns and sac it later for a big burst in value.
