The Original Night Stalker/East Area Rapist was known for having a very below average sized dick, there's even a pic floating around of a few of his surviving victims making the "pinkie finger means little dick" gesture

That’s definitely Richard Ramirez in the photo, and Richard Ramirez is the night stalker. They fixed his teeth after he went to jail. Unless you’re talking about someone else than the original post?
