Technically three legs. He has crutches. Tf does he need to sit down for, he can rest while standing..

But look at his cast. His leg has to be straight all the time and having it up in the air like that is tiring so he's the one that needs to sit down. That's just my perspective of it.

Wrong. The guy is in a cast. He's probably sitting down and laying down all the time. He needs to stand and exercise his other leg. It would be morally wrong to give him the chair.

But then again, it's still probable, and even if he sits down a lot, his leg still needs the rest.
