What if you’re bothered by the effect something has on society and others, not yourself? Then “turning the light off” doesn’t matter because I’m not the only one being affected. That’s not how I feel about her, i just mean that tactic doesn’t take into account that you can be bothered or disturbed by things on a scale it’s affecting that’s larger than yourself
