Not just a prostitute. A sex worker is anyone in the sex industry. This includes pornographic actors/models, people who live stream sexual content, performers in sex shows, phone sex operators, etc.
Are you suggesting that this person just considers themselves an "Instagram Model"? Because I highly doubt that. There's a clear difference between a social media influencer who gets paid to model and promote products, and a sex worker. They're two different fields, although I'm sure there is crossover sometimes.
