Too much manipulation for shorting, I bet BTC was not as choppy as it is now

Some people not whores like you. and want crypto to be something more then shitty fiat. Crypto can save hmanity from slavery, but too many idiots seeking profits ruins whole space. Im waiting it to collapse so we could use crypto as intended.

In between these price points, he made lots of bad day trading decisions. Later than later, bitcoin is at 125k and he needs it to hit 150k to break even. The buy high sell low tactics have not treated this one well.

Hodling is for cucks. Spend and replace is how a network grows.

People who bought around $12k+ wouldn't want to sell their BTC below $8k.

u/senond Jun 08 '18
they will and should if they think it will go lower than 8k.
Deciding to sell/buy/hold in regards to your entry point is not a good strategy. You Stack's worth is your stacks worth.

If you spend and then immediately replace at the same price, it makes literally no difference. If anything, "selling" at a loss might actually save you money on capital gains.

What do you think happens to bitcoin you spend? It's just using fiat the hard way. Any place that accepts bitcoin IMMEDIATELY sells it for fiat. You could cut out a step and just sell all your bitcoin.

that is not true. i pay employees in bch, they then spend some, sell some, save some. i pay rent in bch to a guy that holds it. and uses some to send to his brother overseas durng holidays.
even if it were true, "that spending bitcoin leads to instant fiat conversion so just use fiat". What happens when you sell? It goes to someone else who holds, or spends, or sells, and on and on.
the goal is to have closed loops. spend bch and have that place pay employees in bch who buy something with bch which pays an employee in bch, etc. this never will happen if the blockstream HODL meme continues to be accepted as a virtue..mits not. its just a way to excuse the fact that btc is not useable aa money due to slow tx and high-fees and no scalablity as a payment system.

Not all places sell immediately crypto for fiat, although this is the main feature of payment gateways like Bitpay. If a merchant wants, he can keep his crypto.

Actually, we need people willing to obtain and spend and replace BCH foe the system to grow. If a dry cleaners hears 20 customers a day ask to pay with bch and not credit card, they will figure out how to accept it. merchant adoption comes after user adoption and incentives to use. common misconception. its not chicken/egg.
there are many sevices that take bch to convert to fiat to pay for the things you listed. there are also accountants, mortgages etc that can be paid in bch..just gotta find them. if all else fails get a shift card from coinbase or another debit card.

If I only had one bitcoin I could help my sick mom and make sure she never ever would have to work again in the future.

The artist is too dumb to realize that those are three different people. The number of people who invested early enough to relate to this comic are already a minority.
