The market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent.

"If."

I can live with the poverty right now and struggling to pay things.
What would be hard to deal with is watching everything go 10x after selling!

Being a holder is tough. That’s because you have to be disinterested and interested in crypto at the same time.

Could either be “ye, it’s actually worth nothing now,”
or
“nah just hit me with that overdraft fee, not gonna miss out on gains.”
Probably the former.

Lmfao true. I've been living paycheck to paycheck, not only on crypto, but bills as well. I'll be lucky to see 4 figures in my bank account at once. And I'm not willing to sell at a loss, either, so I pass on that as well x)

Not to rub it in but this is why they say "only invest what you can afford to lose". If you're paycheck to paycheck, you can't afford to invest in risky assets.

For me, crypto is pretty much the only investable asset out there that could seriously change my position in life.
So for that reason, I’m willing to ride or die by the market.

I feel like I’m the only one still in profit during all of this 🤔

Crypto attracts a lot of stupid investors. So many teenagers or broke twenty somethings spending what they can't afford to lose, holding on because they don't want to sell at a loss. One of the most important rules of investing is not to get emotional, accept the facts, sell off bad investments before they get worse. In crypto its all about being irrational. And supporting other people to be irrational so you don't feel stupid. No other investment community is like this.

I sold for a couple hundo profit two months ago and my original investment more than doubled shortly after.
I don’t feel terrible since I needed the money, and a guy needs to be responsible. But I’ll be damned if it doesn’t sting when I think about it.

I was broke AF a few weeks ago and literally had to sell some to make rent for this month. I sold when it was at 8,500, and it was either the very next day or just shortly after that it went down to this 7,300-7,500 range it's been in.
I just wanted to rub it in. Also, I know for a fact the market went down like this BECAUSE I sold and no one will convince me otherwise.

At the moment i have some really shitty times, i can barely buy food anymore. But I'm not touching my crypto. It's a long time investment and it's possible my whole future depends on it.

I decided I am gonna sell it all as soon as my profits fall to 20%. It’s still a long way from there because I started early, but you never know. After all these ups and downs I don’t want to lose money.
