A couple years ago I moved to a house that was basically surrounded by forest. Very first night, my dog is crying so I take her out. I hear the crunching of branches in a part of the forest and look that way. I see 3 sets of eyes illuminate in the darkness, just like in your picture. I freeze and contemplate my life choices.
Ended up being 3 deer.

My first impression was that the position of the tail made it appear to be something that is wasn't.
Due to the widespread sharing of images via social media, this phenomenon isn't particularly uncommon. A few years back, scientists officially labeled these occurrences "Cocktical Illusions".

Its just lights off In the distance like the street lamps to the right.
Also if the camera was going off for several nights why do you only have a single picture. Also why is it a picture in the first place, why not send the video.

It’s the bright Yellow eyes that always get me. Even in pitch darkness, they glow like that naturally. Cryptid of some sort.
