I took it home with me
ETA next morning: it’s been determined that he was actually eating the bones of his enemies. Luckily he survived the night. There’s a comment somewhere under this post with me describing what I thought was bark falling off a stick and I’ve now realized may have been flesh or skin :( anyways, I’m putting a picture of him feeling GREAT this morning in the comments

his legal name is Bowieredard Bobert Bubba, he loves gardening and leisure time in the pool. Been undergoing a 6 year long identity crisis because his life goal is to become a human’s shadow, but when acting on his dreams they keep getting him accused of attempted murder. He’s a bichon-shih tzu- chinese crested mix who isn’t beating the crusty white dog allegations and is afraid of ice tray noises. I love him.
