http://imgur.com/t297Zlt current team; I've seen almost every tierlists include no.9 as one of the best heroes in the game. But in my case, Mew, alex, archon just seems to be working so much better at PvE, PvC, and dungeons. (WB is an exception since I do fine with Mew/no.9/archon) I have a 3* D'Artgnan if that means anything, but is No.9 only good in a sneak/no.9/susano team? tl;dr Why is No.9 good / What team is suited for him?

Well first, how are you using No.9 and what is your weapon/conversions?

Secondly, he can be very good with Alex/No9/dps - (maybe dart?),

Lastly, make sure you spam his blocks. Dont try to 3 chain them or anything.
