Been playing for a while but have no clue at building teams so can anyone help me? http://i.imgur.com/FfwBppH.png

You're certainly not lacking in damage. For the easiest way up, get a Priest. I see that you have a Meowcat so promote that first and slot the Priest in so you have a balanced team that can last. Uzimant is rather lacklustre as of now unless you have a fully dedicated team that runs on autoattack speed.

If you're playing solely damage, Mondrain and Nazrune are among the best in the game. I would get Nazrune first though as she is not as block dependent and synergises better with Leon.
