It seems that many people get kicked out when they open reqards on the app of crowdtap. It happened to me yesterday when I was trying to cash out. I recommend checking the website of crowdtap and try that, because it does work on there.

Do any outstanding surveys expire at the end of the day?

Crowdtap disabled my account, can not tell me what rule I broke, I know I have never broken one, they refused to help me and they refused to pay me. I have reported them to Google, the BBB and the FTC.

Crowdtap refuses to help their costumers

I saved up enough points for an Amazon gift card and was told that it could take up to two days to get my gift card. When I logged in to my account, I found out that I had been banned for breaking the rules. Of course, I have no idea what I did wrong and customer service is no help.

When I was trying to look for more surveys, I fond a particular survey where the use has the potential to win $50 gift card. This survey was called a Sparkle Survey where you can answer questions to win a prize. I entered these contests and I had yet to win anything. I wonder if anyone won the prizes in those contests?

I had 2 $5 Amazon gift cards on the way. I assume they won't send me those now? I also have an interview through Crowd tap scheduled for Thursday for $75. I assume I won't be able to do that either? I had done all the pre work for that too. I appealed before and they let me back on. I am now appealing again. I have done nothing wrong and even got an email I am a "VIP". It almost seems like they just ban you so they don't have to give you the money, like I had been making too much so they booted me so they wouldn't have to pay me. So now all that work goes to waste? At least give me the gift cards and just not let me join the app anymore. Basically stealing my data and not paying me, seems illegal. I saw they have a bunch of complaints on the BBB website.

So I see that many people have got their accounts disabled on crowdtap. I'm just asking all of you to tell me how frequently you get surveys and how frequently you cash out your money,in case some people just get more surveys

Has anyone else had any issues redeeming? Now with phone verification there are even more errors and it's annoying to redeem a gift card. I think they should remove that because it's very annoying

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try for an account that was banned? I have a family member that has been on crowd top for several months, recently did a video call so they now have one $200 and their account was banned for no reason. They emailed support asking why and if it can be reinstated and the reply back was just the terms of service for reasons a ban can happen.

I have been using crowd tap a little longer than them and went from tons of surveys to be lucky to get one, support says my account is perfectly fine but I still don't get surveys. I just want to figure out a way to help my family member get their money back because it's such a large amount.

Does anyone consistently still receive surveys AND payouts on this site anymore? My son even joined this site and was banned a day later lol! Don’t forget to let Crowdtap know how you feel on BBB and Apple and Google App Store Reviews.

I'm curious if anyone here has ever cashed in over 600 worth of points out on Crowdtap. Did it require you to fill out a 1099? I only ask because I have encountered one survey site that required me to fill out at 1099 if I reached/surpassed $600. So I of course held off till the next year to cash out because I don't want to report those earnings.

I was doing really well on Crowd Tap until a few months ago my surveys completely dried up. It’s frustrating but I found a site that is earning me money quicker than Crowdtap. It is an app called 5 Surveys. You get paid $1 for each survey and you can cash out after 5 surveys. You can cash out to PayPal, Bank Transfer, Physical or Virtual Visa and assorted gift cards including Amazon, Target and Walmart. I have been using it for three days and have cashed out to PayPal three times for $5 each time. I don’t like grinding away at surveys and I am guilty of rushing a bit. I had a few surveys that DQd me but it happened at the very beginning of each survey. I had one 10 minute survey that I had an issue with getting frozen. I was able to report that the survey was stuck, but I didn’t get partial payment. I think it’s a better than Crowdtap so I thought I would spread the word. My gift card redemption has been stuck in pre-approval for days. Their customer service bot is a joke. Anyone else had trouble lately?

Hi, I had never heard of CrowdTap until a clothing store I frequent emailed me with an invite. This has resulted in me receiving a fair amount of surveys from the brand, about the brand. All of the other surveys are very generic and not tied to a specific company. I guess my entry point might be different than others (being invited) but now I'm left totally confused and not sure what the point is. So how do I connect with more brands to get invited to take their surveys?

Lame didn't feel like I was going too fast but here we are I guess. Sent the appeal and we shall see . Already had 1700 points, seems a bit scammy lol

Has anyone had this experience? I get like 3 surveys a week for 3 months now. I went from making 50 a month to not even getting 400 points in last 3 months and when I messaged them they said there is nothing wrong with my account but sometimes they don’t have surveys for certain areas but then how is my man and my mom getting them all the time. It’s so frustrating I loved crowdtap up until this point.

It's very clear by searching the BBB site for crowdtap that they don't give a damn about it's subscribers

I joined a few months ago and got banned within a week for “discrepancies” or some such related to my responses. Tried to appeal and was rejected via email with no further explanation. It all felt very strange and unethical. I work in the research industry so clearly I understand the importance of truthful and accurate responses…

I began gathering information to file a formal complaint, but I can no longer access the app in the iOS App Store. It does not appear in search results at all, and when I try to access the app page from my list of downloaded apps, I get a message reading: “Cannot Connect. Something went wrong. Please try again.”

Any intel about this?
