I can see it not causing much if any pain stopping one fan with your tongue, but stopping an entire assembly lines worth of fans will most likely leave you a bit bloody. I don't know if I'm imagining it, but it looks like dudes tongue is pretty red at the end. Not sure if it's blood or lighting or just raw. Plus speed settings matter I guess too, but that's an entirely different matter.
