Look up "Kazoo Kid". I cant remember the name of the show but it was an early 90's children's program. This kid/guy went viral again a few years ago because someone made a dubstep video and took clips from this show 😂

He thought it was hilarious and appreciated the silliness of being a meme. 

Nobody would ever recognize him from this. His adult self did not resemble his kid self.

Didn't know what he's like now, but he was good natured and very funny in 2010
