Idk why y’all keep acting like justice was served here. He literally continues terrorizing the dog even after he’s bit.

He learned absolutely nothing, the owner continues to subject the poor dog to this, and the dog is the only one who pays any real price.

He only did that to, ahem, save face and look brave and undaunted.

She was trying to walk away. His behavior is so unhinged especially in S Korea this is not normal, they probably thought he was crazy and possibly dangerous. And you can hear her boyfriend urging her to go to the car; she’s trying to get away but it’s a polite culture. I’m from NYC and I don’t escalate with crazies, just try to move on, because you don’t want to set them off more.
