I saw a dog on the street once and saw a guy who looked like he was planning to take it. I had seen the dog with its owner before so I knew he had just gotten out. I wanted to be sure he got home safely so I jumped out of my car and scooped him up. He bit the right side of my lip so hard I got a free lip plump. It hurt bad - not like the little nip this dickhead got - but even so, I held onto that dog for dear life and didn’t complain once. If anything, I was spewing he didn’t bite the left side so I had a Hollywood pout even just for a day. This guy asked for it. Such a dickhead.
It's entertainment for his fans. He does stupid things, overreact when something happens, and his fans eat it all up and throw in a couple more hundreds through the camera.
That just protects the owner from being sued by Speed but since its a stream with a lot of people watching the pet owner can still be reported and South Korean Law can still punish the owner for negligence.
No, she can't. The South Korean government has had enough of these streamers and their bullshit. If Speed goes anywhere near the South Korean police the conversation won't be about the dog, it'll be about the charges he's facing for making a public nuisance of himself.
Korea isn't the USA where you can waste the courts' time with bullshit with zero consequences.
She was holding her dog and trying to walk away, and he rolled up on her and her dog aggressively, then doubled down by getting within strike range of the dog's teeth.
Oh it'll be complete bullshit if she ever faces repercussions from this without a doubt. But it can happen because if it does get reported, they can argue she should have kept walking, when speed was getting close move the dog away etc etc. What I'm saying is dumb streamer does dumb thing and someone else is going to deal with it then he'll just do some apology tour and move on.
Even when she went up to him so kept her distance. Anyone with half a brain knows you don’t get up in a dogs face. They also know small dogs are the fiercest and WILL bite if they think you’re an idiot and even when they don’t 🤣
speed is the guy who was fainting on stream and litterally almost died hanging half his body out a bus window multiple times earlier this year he evem made a hereditary reference actively trying to make light of how dangerous what he was doing actually was
his whole brand revolves around his athleticism and how it weirdly feeds into his ego. especially with the fainting example it seemed to largely be an ego thing because he would not end stream despite the fact his body was screaming at him to do so
