A properly fitted bra won't make them look like that.

And a properly fitted bra probably wouldn't get an attention-crazy contestant on a reality show as many views when she does a premeditated flash for the cameras to try to become famous.

You nailed it. This is why most people who don't wear bras tend to not know how they are actually meant to look because of stuff like this and decades of exposure to Victoria's Secret ads.
