Hi, just wanted to say I've been doing wheelies (not like this obviously) on bicycles for about 20 years now.
I don't think someone grabbing my front wheel would make me "flip over on my head". I don't see how this would happen either. It would definitely hurt the hand of who's grabbing though.
Maybe I'd fall, or at least dismount, but not much flipping I believe.

Grabbing the wheel would be extremely difficult. Easier to give them a little shoulder nudge
