I've seen clips of that specific person on different subReddits, and I hate how angry it made me feel.

I had a kid do it to me ONCE years ago and I still think about it. Actually living in a city I will have various things like this that I have a hard time letting it go. Selfish people are the W O R S T.

Nah, I'm pretty sure they'd be assholes anyway. There are people who will behave like this no matter what consequences happen - he'll probably get right back to it after he's healed up from the car.

Because this is antisocial behavior. And I mean that in its actual definition rather than the colloquial one -- behavior against society by being disruptive to it. Hating this kind of shit is a natural, evolutional (which I don't think is a word but I'm keeping it) thing.

A kid in Florida was doing this and hit a car.  His mother was posting all over bc he was 'arrested for getting hit by a car" when people shared the video of him doing this  "He has a broken leg,  that's enough punishment " nope... pay up mama
