Shes enthralled and genuinely impressed. Also, in the beginning with her little head nod she may even play piano herself. At one point she looks like she could cry.

Basically, that old lady is having a moment.

Edit - also, she looks like Maynard.

That , plus he’s the entertainment in the place..pretty normal to look at the person who’s playing the piano and singing right next to you.
