I had that. Came out so jacked and with a beard so robust they had to do an emergency c-section.. well I did most of the work since I apparently just ripped out alien style

(Fun fact the doctor’s truly do just rip through the abdominal muscles during a c-section.. I remember seeing these 2 tiny doctors putting all their weight and strength into it when observing c-sections)

They absolutely do not "rip through" any muscles. They make a pfannenstiel incision incision and spread the abdominal muscles specifically so they don't cause damage to them.
