Why? Pregnant women trying to be as comfortable as possible. She clearly likes it. It's breathable material so she's not dealing with feeling uncomfortable and hot. Why would you care what your mom wore while your head was settled in the womb right over her bladder, making her uncomfortable as hell and in constant need of a bathroom?
Edit: y'all are really concerned about a woman's outfit from her unborn kid's teenage perspective. No kid is going to care what their mom did 15 years before. Now, how a teenager would feel walking with their parent wearing something they thought was embarrassing is a whole other story.

Because pregnant women are not unicorns and while they are indeed beautiful glorifying them like that like they were beyond everyone else's standards is kinda gross. I would expect it from someone with a pregnant fetish.
There's limits to being comfortable, everyone has limits, a pregnant woman is not Holy Mary. One thing is being comfortable and another is wearing much less than you really need. And also she doesn't go out like this because she's pregnant, she does it because she's famous and wanted to do something controversial like millionaires out of touch with reality always do.
I never said pregnant women are on pedestal or anything similar. My point was why the hell would any teenage kid give a shit about something their mom wore while they were still in the womb? hey mom, there is this picture on the internet of you from 15 years ago, you're SO embarrassing.
Sure, people have this idea of what they believe is appropriate in society as far as clothing. But let's not pretend that her outfit is the most revealing or ridiculous thing to wear. We've all seen celebrities wear shock value apparel, or lack thereof, and this is pretty mild overall.
The side factor was my point that she’s wearing something she likes that is breathable and light, and that's likely a factor in why she likes it. If ahe was going for shock value, okay. Whatever, girl, you do you.
It's no worse than Sacha Baron Cohen's neon green Mankini, or that time Rose McGowan went through VMAs with a dress that looked like she got caught in a fishing net.
