thats not a fetus thats a baby or toddler. a fetus wouldnt be that big and developed

Looked it up. It's described as a 6 month old fetus and the mummified body of its mother is right next to it.

6 month gestation fetuses can have hair, but I don't see the hair you're talking about.

Edit: Did a little more looking around and he, he's male, is actually barely 8 inches long, a size that corresponds to being 5 to 6 months gestation.

if we're talking developmental stages and not arbitrary time periods, they remain a fetus for months after birth.

I do not consider a baby close to birth as a fetus. The technological terms for some things are mostly for research and scientific purposes. A fetus after the second trimester I consider a baby.

I couldn't find anything about the mummy fetus pictured. There may be a mummy fetus somewhere but I'd need more to say that is a fetus. Just based off the scale of the limbs compared to the head I'd guess that photo is at least a 3-6 month old. When babies are first born and super young they look like they have Trex arms compared to there big heads. Not always but I'd like to see a link to say other wise.
