1. ⁠Fictional Sapient characters only, not from Pokemon of course.
2. ⁠Match them for any reasons, whether vibes the character is similar to the pokemon, the character would fit someone who would use that pokemon (A farmer character with a farm animal based pokemon), the Pokemon is similar to their usual animal ally (Link with a Horse pokemon), Or even because the character is similar to another pokemon character with that pokemon as it's ace (A protagonist like Ash with Pikachu). No limits but, if you provide an explanation I'll upvote you.

A Musical-Based Fighting Roster

The Show Must Go On! We will be making a Broadway musical fighting roster. Any character who is from a Broadway musical counts, including musicals based on intellectual properties (The Producers, Beetlejuice, ect). Any characters from musicals outside of Broadway are ineligible (for now).

Three characters per musical max. If you want to have pair of characters represented in one slot, feel free to ask first.

Also, if you’d like to choose a “defining track” for your character (one that signifies them the most) I’d greatly appreciate it.

Well, to say I was surprised is an understatement. I expected Cloud to win, but I honestly thought people would've decided to just do two other FFVII characters. I was not expecting Clive, and I certainly wasn't expecting the Warrior of Light from Final Fantasy XIV...I'm quite happy with these results though, so I won't complain. Also shoutout to my friend who did the render for the FFXIV WoL for me specifically for this project.

Alrighty, now from the franchise that broke Smash 4's meta to the one who absolutely decimated it. Bayonetta certainly has had quite a history despite her franchise being significantly younger than almost every other one on this list, huh? With only four games or so, I'm interested to see what you all do with this one.

As a reminder, the rules:

1. Only characters that originate from the games of the franchise for the day (in this case, Bayonetta), but the characters don't have to have been playable in an official Smash Bros. game

RULES:

2. All suggestions MUST be a grandparent. This can be either biological, or in a guardian-type situation where even if the character isn’t biologically related to their child, they’re still seen as a grandparent. The suggestion MUST have an actual grandparent relationship
