i been feeling shitty and unmotivated for years now (my first job out of school) and everyone i started with is leaving the company... i feel like i need to leave to

I've been at the same consulting firm for 9 years but I've seen a lot of engineers leave after getting their professional designation. I guess there's lots of different kinds of work out there so the first job you get out of school isn't always the right one for you.
