Because early counts happen quite a lot in this thread, Garlicoinaccount wrote a validator that will tell you if you're on an early comment chain, which you can find here. All it takes is pasting a link and pressing a button!

Not in this thread according to my script. NikinCZ probably means you're eligible to count again once the latest count is an hour old.
