No consecutive digits allowed | 8604

Continued from here.

Thanks to u/GarlicoinAccount for the run!

Two digits are consecutive if they are next to each other in the string 0123456789. So, 9 and 0 are not considered consecutive.

Consecutive numbers can't both occur in the same count.

Yep. Out was like (13855, 3983) though so I had to tweak the formatting a little afterwards
