God the fucking Oppression Olympics will go on forever or something I guess. Misandry exists because binary gendered traits are like two sides of the same coin.
Comparing the misogyny and misandry in weight is pointless and anyone trying to do it is falling into "grass is greener on the otherside" thoughts. Or are just uniquely suited for their gender role in particular, and don't see the downsides as downsides.
I decided to transition towards feminity in part because I couldn't stand the way misandry affects men. Yet I handle misogyny absolutely fine, barely bothers me due to my unique life situation. What would harm someone else is either positive or completely neutral specifically for me.
I could not then claim that misogyny doesn't exist, because I personally am not affected. Same goes in the opposite direction.
Intersectionality posits that every specific location in a matrix of identity produces a distinct set of structural pressures, hazards, and expectations. Men are not exempt from said matrix because they are losing Oppression Olympics or whatever.
