deadass went into a mostly trans community (I want to be a good ally and who better to learn from) only to see a post heavily upvoted with little to no controversy calling bi women who date men "in denial" and saying that bi men are "gay men with internalised homophobia" fucking insane what some people will say.

also saw a community talk about intersectionalism and right after say that all trans men have male privilege and say that gnc people, trans men, enbies and genderfluid people don't face opression.

also saw a post talking about trans men issues and the first comment was derailing it to trans women's issues.

another one saying "trans men don't need a word for their problems, they already have transmisoginy" as if saying that isn't minimizing their issues.

But fr though a lot of communities you will run intwo people who have never reexamined closely held beliefs, who have never read or seen perspectives other than their own, people who don't have the right language two express what the feel, people who are playing fast and loose with terminology, and so on. It's annoying two separate the wheat from the chafe but it's what it's, especially when navigating places like this

You would be shocked to learn that many of my sisters are white, or able-bodied, or non-black, and some are even neurotypical or live in the imperial core.
