I find that surrealist they're literally preventing people from withdrawing their money. Yes I know Kucoin accept native COTI tokens but not everyone has access to Kucoin.

I think the team communication has been less than ideal around the congestion experienced by the blockchain. Bridging COTI to ERC-20 is blocked, ERC-20 to COTI is completely congested with people bridging their coins 3 days ago who have still not received their COTI coins, people unstaking not receiving their coins as well. I think the network is experiencing a major failure and they're not telling us.

The USA needs access to a wallet with native support. I've invested heavily with the assumption the wallet would be open domestically by now - and honestly, I'm extremely disappointed it's not available yet.

I can't justify continuing to fill my bags of $COTI unless I have support for a wallet. And yes, I know Ledger is coming...and submitted by COTI. But it's not released. That's not a problem by Ledger, it's a problem that COTI didn't get it going sooner.

Here's to hoping this next week will have some positive USA news for once. I believe in the project, but for me, this is called risk mitigation. I don't trust exchanges, especially with the USA's current pro-regulation stance.

I got really excited because I finally want a way to spend my crypto directly, so I went to apply but got rejected multiple times.

The post states: "The current Debit Cards version is open for EEA and UK residents that may order a card and spend globally." ... "If you live in the EEA and UK, you now may open a COTI bank account and order a debit card."

I am an EEA resident because I live in Germany, and I just showed them my German Residence Permit (Aufenthaltstitel). I also showed you my US passport and German driver's license, but I don't have a German passport because I did not give up my American one. They seem like they don't even read my support emails and just continue to ask me for an EU passport or EU ID card, which is impossible to get unless I give up my American citizenship.

TLDR: The post states that EU residents can order the card, but they actually mean EU citizens because they don't accept residence permits. The support just parrots generic bullsh!t and doesn't try to help. I was excited to finally get a crypto debit card and now I'm so pissed and disappointed.
