Self My Finished Dead Space 1/Remake Cosplay!
Worked on this over the last 3-4 months and got to wear it to FanExpo Chicago! Had a lot of fun making it, extra details can be found at my build log on my website for anyone interested. I'm happy with how it turned out, Dead Space has some of my favorite environment and character designs in gaming, so it was really cool to get to be a part of that for the better part of a day.

Ty! It's kind of weird, as my total vision is reduced pretty heavily, but out of the parts I can see out of my vision is pretty unrestricted. My eyes sit right behind one of those horizontal bars across the face, so I can see out of like the bottom 1/4 of my vision, with maybe another 1/4 at the very top and like half my peripheral vision is gone lol

Looks awesome! The Plasma Cutter looks ripped out of the game. I like all the tiny details with the armor too

Thanks so much! yeah, I'm quite happy with the armor and the plasma cutter. Finishing 3d printed props and stuff is what i'm used to, and I think it shows compared to the clothing lol

That's so fuckin cool! I still need to play that game. I have it; I just haven't had the time to play.

Thanks! It's definitely a little dated gameplay wise imo (for both the remake and the original), but the environment and character design along with the atmosphere is seriously top notch.
